Talk to Management or HR
You can try speaking to human resources about your issue, but you'll need documentation. Even so, you may not be able to get the point across to your higher-ups. Furthermore, your manager may want you to leave, too. In that case, you'll need to go straight to human resources to see if they can offer a solution.
Switch Departments or Transfer
You can consider switching departments or transferring if you only have a conflict with one person, and it's not a massive inconvenience for you. Sometimes, transfers work. Other times, the overall culture of a business is saturated with negativity and domination.
Find a More Suitable Place
If all else fails, you can continue your journey with another employer or consider going into business for yourself. This option is feasible and viable if you've only been on your job for a short while. Consider how vital the job is to you, your tenure there, and whether it's worth it to you to fight for your position. If the answer is no, you can start taking steps to move forward elsewhere.
